• The Community Arts Program features:

    • Workshops: Customized for a variety of age groups and incorporate art forms including creative writing, poetry, music listening, music creation, movement, meditation, and play, depending on the interests of the group served. Ideal for community centers/non-profits, schools, or the corporate world looking to invest in the health and wellness of their employees, students, or clients.

    • Art Pop-Ups: Book us to table at your community event or host an interactive artmaking station that can be added on to an existing event, festival, or private party to encourage community engagement and share helpful arts and wellness resources. Contact us to book a pop-up.

    • Public Events: Free and low-cost arts events are hosted frequently in-person (Boston area) and virtually. All art welcome to attend!

  • Ideal for individuals ages 18+ who are open to exploring creativity to cope with stress and trauma.

  • Info sessions and presentations are appropriate for community groups, educators, or social service workers who want to learn more about the connection between creativity and healing + how to incorporate the arts into their personal and professional practice.   • No! Anyone and everyone has the capacity to create. The therapeutic aspect of the creative arts centers the process of creation and experimentation as the driving force of healing. You do not have to identify as an artist in order to reap the benefits of expressive arts therapy.

  • You may be a good fit for an individual session if:

    • You experience anxiety, depression, poor body image, or low self-esteem

    • You feel open and ready to explore past or current trauma that affects your daily life

    • You want to learn more about using the arts to cope with and manage stress

    • You are not actively in a crisis that requires a higher level of care. For example, if you currently hospitalized or experiencing psychosis

  • ANo, Art & Soul Clinic does not accept health insurance.
