Individual sessions
During individual arts counseling sessions, clients explore their creative interests and build a trusting relationship with an expressive arts therapist. These sessions provide an opportunity to process emotions, engage in self-reflection, practice mindfulness, identify personally relevant coping skills, and learn how to use the arts in your healing journey. Check out the FAQ section below to learn more.
Some elements of Art & Soul’s approach:
Trauma-informed - The client has ownership over their session, no forced decisions or disclosures. The in-person/virtual space is intentional, flexible, and welcoming.
Unconditional positive regard - Come as you are. The vibe is judgement free and validating, with space for challenge and growth.
Transparent - Honesty and integrity are necessary to build trust. Art & Soul clinic welcomes feedback.
Attend a one time session or schedule multiple sessions as desired. If you are not sure and want to learn more, you can schedule a free 30-minute consultation call. Book a session or consultation call by emailing artandsoulclinic@gmail.com or using the online contact form below.

Expressive arts therapy incorporates an evolving multimodal approach within psychology, organizational development, community arts and education.
